We’ve announced quite a few new speakers, acts and events over the last couple of weeks and with less than three months to go ticket sales are hotting up too.

Here’s a reminder of some of the stuff we’ve announced recently just in case you missed any of it:

ITV’s Head of Digital Media for News & Sport, Julian March, is confirmed to speak at Culture Tech and will get involved in some panel sessions too.

Author and speaker Alan Moore is also on the bill and will be doing a book signing after his session on Friday morning.

We’ve announced that this year’s SeedComp prize for the best new digital business idea to be based in Derry, will launch on June 12th and the finals will take place on the main stage at Culture Tech. Top prize is a whopping £10k cash with two runners up each collecting £5,000.

Saturday is ‘family day’ at Culture Tech and local kids will get a chance to get ‘hands-on’ with a range of cool kit. Workshops – including CoderDojo and the launch of Puffins Rock – live music and digital arts installations will take place throughout the city centre and everything is FREE.

That’s just the tip of the proverbial iceberg – have a wander through the programme to see more of what we’ve announced so far and keep an eye out here and on Facebook for some seriously cool announcements in the next two weeks – including major music acts and our keynote lineup!
