As part of the Boosting Business Initiative, Invest NI is holding a series of seminars aimed at helping your business defy the economic downturn. Each workshop will provide clear, succinct advice on key areas with a range of practical steps you can take to:
- Improve your selling skills
- Increase sales
- Closing a deal
- Manage your sales force
- Creating an effective sales strategy
